I’ve always been fascinated by people and what makes us tick, which led me to a career in HR, learning and organisational development. 
Experience of leading senior teams and transformational change initiatives ‘on the inside’, plus 20 years as an external consultant have given me invaluable experience of how to grow organisations and harness potential. I’m passionate about learning and a bit geeky about Neuroscience and how our internal wiring drives behaviour, growth and results. 
I founded 42think with a vision of building a team of experts that truly partner with clients, transforming teams and leaders at all levels. 
Based in the UK, we work globally to support clients of all sizes and industries, particularly the B2B and Not for Profit sectors. We are immensely proud of our long-term client relationships and portfolio of successful initiatives. 

Meet the Team 

Susie 

Susie began her career in HR and organisational development, operating at a senior level in Financial Services, before moving into the consultancy world. Her expertise lies in designing innovative leadership development, influencing organisational culture and putting hard measures on soft skills 
 
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD); qualified Scrum Master; NLP Master Practitioner; Hypnotherapist and Agile Leader she has worked with a wide range of corporate clients and not-for-profit organisations, including The NBS, ABRSM, Barclays, Laufen, Diabetes UK, GirlGuiding and Chemours. 

Mark 

Mark brings global experience predominantly within the technical and industrial sectors, working with senior leaders to shift thinking. 
 
He is passionate about building long term relationships, finding clarity and demonstrating ROI. Mark specialises in supporting senior teams through change with a focus on sales aspects. 

Julia 

Julia is a consultant, facilitator and business psychologist and has spent the last 25 years working with teams at all levels to help them build a positive and productive team climate. 
 
She has designed and delivered impactful leadership development programmes both in-house and as an external facilitator and supported a broad spectrum of significant change programmes. 

Elen 

Elen coordinates the operations at 42think, supporting clients, events and our team, making sure everything runs smoothly. 
 
She also manages the PRISM profiling element for all client projects, from recruitment to leadership development and high performing team surveys for our team initiatives. 

Daniel 

Dan is a consultant, facilitator and trainer who specialises in building employee engagement and better organisational cultures. 
 
Qualified in Occupational Psychology, Dan's experience is mostly from the third sector where he led Learning and Organisational Development functions in organisations including Save the Children International, Diabetes UK and Amnesty International. 

Michelle 

Michelle is our content and coordination wizard, shaping our resources and messaging through her creative flair and bringing our brand to life. 
 
She brings a fresh perspective and has contributed massively in our shift to using digital materials, enabling us to enhance the virtual learning experience and have a positive impact on the environment too. 

Myra 

Myra's expertise lies in transforming leaders and managers through immersive coaching, together with engaging and practical group facilitation. 
 
Myra is a qualified PRISM Practitioner, fluent in Maltese, English and Italian and uses her senior international experience to support clients and get to the heart of their challenges. 

Mark C 

As a qualified coach, mediator, and award-winning facilitator, Mark has over 30 years’ experience of leading the development, management, implementation and facilitation of engaging learning and organisation development initiatives. 
 
He is a member of the BPS and a qualified PRISM and MBTI Practitioner, and has experience of working with global clients in various sectors. 

Emily 

Emily is studying Psychology at Northumbria university and is our Social Media Marketing Intern. 
 
She manages the content creation, scheduling and reporting for our Instagram and LinkedIn channels to maintain a social presence, build our brand, share expertise and attract followers.
