Typically, our clients engage with us on an initial learning and development project, then come back for more. We are a trusted partner for many clients who engage us to work on additonal projects or take us with us when they embark on a new venture.

What have we been working on? 

Recent projects include: 
Rebuilding teams. Many leadership teams have evolved in recent years with changing faces and prioroties. We have helped international teams to reset and realign, through understanding each other and how they are performing, exploring what is working and where they can improve. All through a shared hybrid-approach team development initative. 
 
A 6-month high potential leadership development programme comprising a range of learning from external speakers and profiling, to a team strategic project and one to one coaching. 
 
A 360 feedback initiative for a board of directors to explore their capability and characteristics in readiness for due diligence ahead of a £30M investment. 
 
A management development programme to build and grow a team of senior managers, built around core management pillars and the PRISM model for understanding yourself and others. It included online self-managed learning, profiling, group workshops and time-saving tips and toolkits enabling busy managers to implement learning immediately into their day to day schedule.
